I am looking for a reliable, efficient, and consistent video editor for high-volume, simple social media content for a long-term collaboration.

Workflow & Volume

30 short videos every Wednesday

30 short videos every Friday

45 short videos every Sunday (usually 15 per character)

Files delivered between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM (French time)

Deadline: 9:00 AM the following day (French time)

Average duration: 30 seconds to 1 minute

This is an ongoing workflow with frequent batches, so strong reliability, consistency, and strict respect for deadlines are essential.

Editing Scope
The editing is simple and structured. No heavy effects are required.
Main tasks:

Smooth, tight, and precise cuts

Clear, well-formatted captions

Inserting provided images

Sourcing relevant stock/free images when none are provided

Maintaining engaging pacing

Respecting platform formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

You will replicate a defined style for each content category. References and structure are provided with every batch. The workflow mainly consists of captions, tight cuts, and adding relevant reference images aligned with the script.

Language & Scripts
Scripts and captions are provided in French. You are not required to speak French, but you must accurately follow the text and ensure captions match the script exactly, with no spelling mistakes or omissions.

Caption Style & Guidelines

Main captions: Montserrat Extra Bold

Hook captions: SF UI Display Bold
Captions must be clean, readable, and perfectly synced with the script.

Each reel includes a title, character, and sometimes a reference example to copy. Some reels already include images; others require you to find suitable visuals matching the context.
Scripts, references, and workflow details will be organized in Notion.

You may receive multiple videos with the same structure but different characters, and sometimes multiple versions of the same video. Sunday batches are often split across three characters.
