Once you have found the crypto gig you’re interested in, the seller’s username will appear at the top, under the crypto gig title. Click the “Contact” link, which will open the message page. Type your questions and click “Send” when you’re done.

How do I make a purchase?
You can make purchases using your Balance once you have accumulated enough. We support a wide range of payment options for your convenience: PayPal, Credit Card, Wise, and Crypto. You can also pay using your CryptoGig account balance: Top Up Balance.

Search for the crypto gig you would like to purchase.
Click the green “Continue (…)” button (You can use your Balance once you’ve collected enough).
Select the “Account Balance” button to pay for the crypto gig. Fair freelance starts Here – 0% buyer fees and 0% airdrop commissions.
After the payment is completed, you will be notified that the order was successful.
Visit the Shopping page in your account to review your order and provide all the necessary details to help the seller start working on your order. Escrow protects buyers by holding their funds securely until the freelancer completes the agreed-upon crypto gig. This ensures that you only pay for work that meets your expectations and prevents fraud or incomplete deliveries.

Manage transaction
How do I receive my order?
When you place an order on CryptoGig, we create a dedicated tracking page for that order. You can track the seller’s progress, communicate, and exchange files directly on this tracking page. The seller will deliver the crypto gig within the agreed time frame.
Where do I track my order?
You will receive email notifications regarding the progress of your orders, or you can check the status by visiting the Shopping page of your CryptoGig account. Simply click on the ‘Order’ ID to view the current status of your order.

Approve service delivered
Receive your finished work.
If the work isn’t exactly what you wanted, you can request revisions from the seller. Once you’re satisfied with the service, you can mark the transaction as complete, and we’ll ensure the seller gets paid.
Help the community by leaving feedback for the seller. If the seller marked the crypto gig as “Delivered” but didn’t complete it, you have 3 days to open arbitration. Our Support Team will promptly review the issue and refund you to your CryptoGig balance.
To open arbitration, click on your order, then the green “Resolution Center” link, followed by “Request Arbitration,” and briefly describe the issue. As per the Terms of Service, if your order is canceled, the money will be refunded to your CryptoGig account for future use.
However, if you no longer wish to use CryptoGig and want a refund, feel free to contact us, and we will process the refund.

Once you’ve signed up, log into your account and follow this path: My Account → Crypto gigs → Create a New Crypto Gig.
To create a crypto gig (micro job), you’ll need an attention-grabbing image. We recommend adding a video and crafting a title that clearly describes what you offer, along with a detailed description of what the buyer will receive. The Milestone option allows sellers to split the payment into multiple phases according to the completed stages of the service. This is especially helpful for larger crypto gigs that require more time and effort.
Promote your crypto gig using CryptoGig’s social bookmarking tools and invite people from forums. Share your affiliate link in forums, blogs, articles, etc. Generate a unique affiliate link and become an affiliate to earn a percentage of all sales made by customers you refer for the life of the customer!

Absolutely! Communication is key. You can also check out the Requests section to find buyers who are looking for services from sellers. You can contact any buyer on CryptoGig.
How do I manage my sales?
To manage your sales, go to the Sales section on CryptoGig. Here, you can view a list of your received orders, track orders that require attention, and review your past sales.
I can’t submit the work on time. Can I ask for an extension?
Yes, you can request an extension. However, it is up to the buyer’s discretion to accept the extension. Always maintain good communication with the buyer to discuss this.
I have already worked on an order when it was cancelled. What should I do?
An order can only be cancelled with mutual consent or if the buyer rejects it, which is then accepted by the seller. In rare cases, CryptoGig administrators may cancel the order. If you’re unsure about the reason for the cancellation, please contact the CryptoGig Helpdesk for clarification.
- Attention!
- The seller is required to confirm the order within 24 hours. If the seller does not accept or cancel the order within this time frame, the order will be automatically canceled, and the buyer will be refunded.
- Additionally, if the buyer does not mark the order as completed, the order will be automatically marked as completed after 72 hours from the delivery of the order.

Withdraw your earnings.
When the buyer marks the order as Completed, the seller must wait an additional day for the order to be cleared, and the funds will be credited to the seller’s balance. Once cleared, the money will be available for withdrawal. CryptoGig.com takes only 10% from sellers – buyers and airdroppers pay zero.
To request your funds for withdrawal, go to: My Account → Withdrawal → Withdraw. You can instantly transfer money from your CryptoGig balance to an external crypto wallet, Binance account, Payoneer, PayPal, or Wise. CryptoGig supports daily withdrawal requests for approved work. Simply click on “Withdraw,” and you will receive a payment notification in your crypto wallet on the same day.
