Terms of Service

1. General Usage

On cryptogig.com (CryptoGig) everyone can create a free profile and post as many gigs (services, jobs, goods) as he/she likes. A Seller may post the same gig only once. Duplicated or very similar gigs will be deleted. A Seller’s and Buyer’s identity is anonymous. Sellers may not accept payments from CryptoGig buyers outside of CryptoGig (directly through a Seller’s crypto wallet, paypal or any other service). Seller’s and buyer’s identity identities is are always anonymous. To protect our user’s anonymity, requesting any personal contact details is not allowed. Posting of adult, illegal, copyright protected, violent, nonsense or other improper material on the site is strictly prohibited! Content on the site is moderated. Users posting, messaging or suggesting any of the above prohibited subjects will get their accounts blocked permanently. 91% of the funds that are collected are disbursed to the Seller and CryptoGig marketplace charges a service fee of 9% and 0% for Buyer. Note: You will earn 9% commission from affiliates, if you refer a user using your affiliate link, you will earn 9%. Duration: Forever Commission: +9% of every sale, for cookie life. You are responsible to scan all transferred files for viruses and malware. CryptoGig will not be held responsible for any damages caused by infected files. You can access all communications and files that are related to an order from the private message box (with your email addresses or URLs). Make sure you describe your gigs final deliverable in detail. Indicate amounts, durations, file formats etc.

2. Buyers Ordering Gigs

We support a large number of payment cryptocurrencies for your convenience. The CryptoGig marketplace does not charge any commission for buyers, the payment fee is 0% and the service fee is 0%. After payment has cleared, the Seller will be notified about the service and start working. A Buyer will be notified of order status changes by email. Buyers and Sellers may at any time mutually cancel the order without a negative effect on the Seller’s rating. If for any reason your order gets rejected, your amount will be placed in your CryptoGig balance and will be available to you for purchasing other gigs on CryptoGig. Any funds you may have in your balance will automatically be used on your next purchase (no need to go through the payment process again). Sellers’ and buyers’ identities are anonymous. Do not request or provide emails to users on the site. Buyers must not offer sellers with payments or transactions conducted outside of CryptoGig.

  • Attention! Required from the seller to confirm the order. The seller is given 24 hours to accept or cancel the order, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled and the buyer will be refunded.
  • The number of hours that must pass from the delivery of the order to the automatic marking of the order as completed, if the buyer does not mark the order as completed: 72 hours.

3. Escrow

With escrow, Sellers have the guarantee of payment for their services, while the Buyer’s funds are safe until the Seller completes the expected gig.

4. Withdrawing Funds

Funds can be withdrawn to a crypto wallet, Binance account, Payoneer or Paypal. The CryptoGig marketplace charges sellers a 9% service fee and a 0% withdrawal fee. CryptoGig supports daily withdrawal request. Means no waiting period for your payments. To request a withdrawal, log-in to your account; click on Payments -> Withdraw Money -> Withdraw button and you will see payment notification in your crypto wallet, Binance, Paypal or Payoneer account on same day.

To be eligible for withdrawal crypto, you must have a minimum balance of 5 USDT.

Withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. Please make sure to use your valid and current crypto wallet. We will not be able to refund or change this process once it has started and moved to crypto wallet. The only way to withdraw funds is through crypto wallet. There is no alternative payment method.

5. Ownership and Limitations

Users agree that unless they explicitly indicate otherwise, the content users voluntarily create/upload to CryptoGig, including gig texts, photos, videos, usernames, user photos, user videos and any other information may be used by CryptoGig for marketing and/or other purposes. We wish to remind that CryptoGig content is based on User Generated Content (UGC). CryptoGig does not check user uploaded/created content for violations of copyrights, trademarks or other rights. We invite everyone to report suspected violations together with proof of ownership. Content that has been reported and that has been found guilty of violating these terms will be removed. By offering a service, the Seller asserts that it has sufficient permission to provide, sell or resell the service that they offer on CryptoGig.

6. General Terms

Spammers will be permanently blocked and banned! In case of a dispute with a Seller, you should use CryptoGig internal dispute resolution. If a Buyer/Seller has a dispute which they fail to resolve, please open a support ticket. Buyers cannot issue a refund in crypto wallet. When a buyer is refunded for a canceled gig, he/she can only receive money back via his/her CryptoGig account and can-not get his/her money back through crypto wallet. CryptoGig reserve the right to put any account on hold or permanently cancel accounts due to misbehavior. We have the right to remove/edit your gig at any time (with or without reason).

7. Late Delivery

If a Seller is late and has provided no communication, we encourage Buyers to cancel the order as soon as possible.

8. Disclaimer

cryptogig.com (CryptoGig) is simply a hub for Buyers and Sellers to meet. cryptogig.com cannot be held responsible for copyright issues or disputes made about the gig. By submitting any gig, Sellers take full responsibility and liability upon themselves to deal with the copyright claims.

9. Disputes. How to cancel a gig?

We encourage our Buyers and Sellers to resolve any issues between themselves. If for any reason this fails, you can contact us.

In case a gig wasn’t or cannot be fulfilled either by the seller or by the buyer, both can go to solve the issues to Resolution center. 1. Request mutual cancellation. Due to any reason, the gig cannot finished so you contact the other part and comment him the issue. You both agree on canceling the order so the steps to be made (by the seller or by the buyer) are: Go on order’s page, click on Resolution center on the right side of the page and select ‘Request mutual cancellation’. 2. Request Arbitration. When you do not agree on a mutual agreement with the other part you can request arbitration from admin. You have to go also on gig’s page and press the resolution center and ‘request arbitration’.
