Welcome to CryptoGig.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. CryptoGig.com is a crypto-powered freelance marketplace where sellers, known as CryptoGigs, offer services called crypto gigs, and users can also complete crypto tasks related to airdrops. All transactions and communications must be conducted within CryptoGig.com to ensure transparency and security.

General Terms

• Crypto gigs listed on CryptoGig.com range from $1 to $20,000 USD equivalent in crypto.

• Users must register for an account to post or purchase services. Registration is free.

• All transactions must be completed through the CryptoGig platform.

• Buyers receive full rights to completed and delivered crypto gigs unless the seller specifies otherwise.

Seller Guidelines

Fundamentals

• Sellers earn 90% of the total order value upon successful completion and delivery.

• Payments are released once an order is marked complete by the buyer or automatically after the delivery confirmation period.

• Earnings can be withdrawn via crypto (BTC, USDT, etc.), PayPal, Wise, Binance, or Payoneer.

• If an order is canceled, funds are returned to the buyer’s CryptoGig balance.

• Seller ratings are based on delivery speed, buyer satisfaction, and cancellation rates.

Order Processing

• Sellers are notified via email and dashboard when a crypto gig is ordered.

• Orders must be delivered within the selected timeframe; late deliveries may lead to cancellation and a rating penalty.

• Mutual cancellations are allowed and do not negatively affect either party.

• If a cancellation request is not answered within 72 hours, it is automatically approved and may reduce the unresponsive party’s rating.

• Sellers may cancel orders before delivery but it can negatively affect their profile.

Buyer Guidelines

Purchasing crypto gigs

• Buyers must fund their account using supported crypto before placing orders.

• All payments and communications must remain on CryptoGig.com. External or direct payments are strictly prohibited.

• Disputes should be attempted with the seller first. If unresolved, users may request arbitration through our support team.

• Buyers may request cancellations within 10 days of order delivery.

Shipment of Physical Goods

• Some crypto gigs may involve physical items. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and must coordinate with sellers.

• CryptoGig.com is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.

Revenue Withdrawal

• CryptoGig.com takes a 10% commission from each successfully completed crypto gig.

• Withdrawals are processed daily and typically completed within 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal limits:

  • $4 (or crypto equivalent) for PayPal, Binance, Wise, and Crypto.

  • $50 for Payoneer.

• PayPal fees may apply depending on the region.

• Withdrawals are final and non-refundable once processed.

Prohibited Activities

• Sharing personal contact details (e.g., email, social media, phone numbers) is prohibited.

• All communications and file exchanges must occur within the platform.

• Posting illegal, harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content is forbidden.

• Users are advised to scan all downloaded files. CryptoGig.com is not responsible for damages caused by third-party content.

Account Violations & Disputes

• Violations of these terms may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

• Disputes should be handled through the Resolution Center or by contacting customer support.

• CryptoGig.com reserves the right to restrict or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion.

• Continued use of the platform signifies agreement with the most recent version of these Terms.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• Buyers receive full usage rights to delivered crypto gigs unless specified otherwise in the gig description.

• Freelancers agree to transfer all necessary rights and assets related to the crypto gig upon delivery.

• Any confidential materials shared during a project must remain private and not be reused without consent.
