Safe Crypto Swap – Protection from Network Errors & Wrong Tag/Memo

Swap crypto safely. If something goes wrong – such as a network error, incorrect tag/memo, or unsupported asset – you can provide a refund address so your funds can be returned automatically:

Refund Address

For additional security, you can optionally provide a refund address during the exchange process.

💡 First click the green Exchange button. On the next step, open Advanced Settings at the bottom – there you’ll find the “Refund Wallet” field where you can enter your refund address.

If the exchange cannot be completed for any reason (such as a network error, incorrect tag/memo, or unsupported asset), your funds can be automatically returned to the refund address you provided.

💬 Tip:
For most users, the default settings work perfectly.
Advanced options are mainly for users who want more control over the exchange process or use specific wallets or networks.

⏱️ Transaction Timeout
If the exchange cannot be processed within the allowed time (for example due to major rate changes or network congestion), the transaction will be automatically cancelled to protect your funds.
You can always initiate a new swap at any time.
