What is CryptoGig?

CryptoGig is a platform where developers and designers can buy and sell various ready-to-use and ready-to-publish web/game/app development assets (gigs). These gigs include CSS, HTML5, app source codes, game source codes, themes, templates, plugins, music, audio, video effects, graphics, code snippets, plugins and more. Buyers can buy the required gigs for cryptocurrency only. Sellers can make withdrawals to your crypto wallets, Wise, Bank, PayPal or Binance accounts.

Do you charge buyers a fee for transactions?

No, we don't! No transaction fees for buyers (0%)!

How do I receive support for my purchase (Buyer)?

To receive support please leave a message in the support section on the page of the item you have bought. The author of the item should be able to solve your problem within 2 business days. 

If the seller is not able to respond within 2 business days, please contact CryptoGig Support. We will then step in and try to help you find a solution or refund your purchase if the item is not working as advertised.

What is included in support for my purchase (Buyer)?

When you purchase an item on CryptoGig you receive support from the author of the gig you have purchased. You will be able to ask for support from the author up to 6-12 months after purchase. You can ask for support by leaving a message in the support section on the page of the gig you have purchased.

The author should be able to give you support within 2 business days after your request. If this is not the case, please contact CryptoGig Support. We will see if we can help you. 

What is not included in support is:

  • Installation of the item.
  • Configuration of the environment the item has to work on.
  • Support for third-party software. 
  • Installation of any demo data.

Which payment methods do you support (Buyer)?

We support:

  • Crypto P2P

What licenses are there?

Regular License

A regular license allows an item to be used in one project for either personal or commercial use by you or on behalf of a client. The item cannot be offered for resale either on its own or as part of a project. Distribution of source files is not permitted.

Extended License

An extended license allows an item to be used in unlimited projects for either personal or commercial use. The item cannot be offered for resale "as-is". It is allowed to distribute/sublicense the source files as part of a larger project.

How do I apply for a refund (Buyer)?

If you want to apply for a refund, please follow the following steps:

  1. Post a message with a detailed description of the problem in the support section of the item.
  2. Please give the author 2 business days to reply.
  3. If author has not replied within 2 business days, you can open a refund request. 

You can do this by first logging in. Then opening the user menu by clicking on your avatar in the top right corner and selecting Order History. On the right side of every order you will find several options, including a refund request button. 

Please note that we do not refund your purchase in the following situations:

  • The reason for the refund is you have made an accidental purchase. 
  • The reason for the refund is you don't want the item anymore.
  • The item is not working as it should because you do not have the expertise to use the item correctly.
  • The problem is caused by a misconfigured environment is not by a defect of the item itself. 
  • You have not posted a message with a detailed description of the problem in the support section of the item or have not given the author the chance to solve the problem.
  • If the purchase is more then 7 days ago.

After a buyer has applied for a refund request, the seller has 7 days to help the buyer solve the problem and/or decide the refund request.

If the seller does not respond to the buyer through the refund request during this period, the refund request will automatically be decided in favor of the buyer.

If the seller does respond to the buyer through the refund request, but does not decide the refund request. The refund request will be automatically closed and no refund will be given.

*The refund request will have to be processed by CryptoGig. Such payments will be added to the CryptoGig account that can be used for future purchases or the refund can be made to the buyer's crypto wallet (as withdrawal). This normally takes 1-2 business days to complete. 

How much commission (%) do authors get (Seller)?

Authors receive 80% commission of the item price on every sale.

How can I withdraw earnings from my account (Seller)?

After logging in to your CryptoGig account, go to: user Menu -> Withdrawal .

Here you select how you would like to withdraw your earnings from your account. You can withdraw earnings or CryptoGig refund(s). 

If you do not see the option Withdrawal in your user menu this is because you are not an author yet. You can become an author by uploading your first item.

Which payment methods do you support for withdrawals (Seller)?

We support Paypal, Crypto, Bank, Wise, Binance ID transfers. 

The minimum withdrawal amount via Paypal, Binance ID, Wise is $5, and for bank transfer or crypto transfer is $50.

How much do I receive when I refer a customer?

When you refer a customer to CryptoGig with the help of your affiliate link and receive 10% of the total value of their first purchase.
